At Sheetal Batra, we strive to ensure every handcrafted garment meets our high standards of quality and design. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a seamless return and exchange process for all eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer care team via email or WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving your order to notify us of your intent to return or exchange.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the garment is unworn, unwashed, and includes all original tags and packaging; our team will review your request based on these criteria.

  Secure Packaging

  Once approved, carefully pack the item in its original box to prevent damage during transit and wait for our authorized courier partner to arrive for pickup.

• 4.
  Processing & Credit

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes a final quality check, we will issue a store credit or process the exchange within 7-10 business days.
